A: Yes and no. We can provide pallets for your use at our terminals, but we do not offer a freight packaging service. However, we have a household good relocation division called American Relocation Services in Anchorage that is able to provide supplies and packaging services for your household goods shipment. A: All of our rates are based on dimensions, weight/cube, origin and destination.

A: Freight quotes are calculated based on commodity, dimensions, and weight/cube.
Q: How and when do I pay for my shipment?
A: If you would like to fill out a credit application, please contact us at 1-800-642-6664, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out a credit application here. Another option is to speak with a credit and collections department representative who will be in contact with you for payment after your freight has shipped. If you are picking up your freight at one of our facilities, payment can be made at the time of pick-up. Payment must be received prior to freight delivery and freight charges are calculated with cash or check terms. Credit cards will incur an additional fee.
