Matson Consumer 029N departed Port Angeles last night as planned and is enroute to Anchorage.
At this time, we plan a 2100 cargo operations start in Anchorage on Wednesday, 12/14, with cargo available at 2300. The gate will be open as needed throughout the night. Please be reminded the vessel will bypass Kodiak and return directly to Tacoma, with a planned arrival on Sunday, 12/18.
As a result of this delay, Matson Consumer will be on a revised schedule through her next, and last, rotation through the Alaska ports. MCN030N will depart Tacoma early morning on Monday, 12/19, and will arrive in Anchorage Thursday morning, 12/22, in Kodiak Friday morning, 12/23, and in Dutch Harbor Monday morning, 12/26.
With the vessel’s departure from Tacoma rescheduled from Friday to Monday morning, any freight that can be advanced to MTC029N departing Tacoma on Wednesday, 12/14, will be beneficial and is strongly encouraged.
Matson Anchorage is returning from dry dock and will replace Matson Consumer. MAC030N will depart Tacoma on Friday, 1/6.
